We want to make you aware of a serious issue with Halogen elements purchased on line from vendors that offer replacement Prime Heat Halogen Elements for sale.  These elements are not UL listed and approved to operate in a Prime Heat HalCon Tunnel.  Only Prime Heat manufactured and listed elements are allowed to be used in any Prime Heat System.

If you have purchased any halogen elements from any vendor other than Prime Heat and use them in your Prime Heat System:

your UL listing is void
your insurance is void
your warranty is void
you face a high fire risk.   

These elements are manufactured in China and have experienced an explosive failure condition.
Prime Heat Halogen elements are made in the USA and cost $85.00 each
