Layouts

Prime Heat's Batch Ovenscan cure almost any coating. The size, length, and system design is based on your part size and the coating material you are using.

The 7" touch screen can select from 10 cure schedules for use with multiple Coating Types. Based on the cure program, the tunnel will start with ambient and then warm air, then Medium-Wave IR heat to a set-point, and then 2 levels of Short-Wave heat. This allows you to gently ramp up a Solvent Coating and give it the required time for Flash-Off and cure. Most Water-Based Coatings will go directly to Short-Wave IR heat after Flash-Off. Once the program has finished, the part is removed, and once returned to ambient (~90F) in ~1-2 mins it can be handled for sanding, stacking, or another coating.

Product Surface Temperature is precisely controlled with the use of digital thermostats and IR sensors to hold +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. This precise Surface Temperature regulation and the use of high volume blowers circulating internal air over the product result in the fast cure times our systems are known for.
