Prime Heat's Powder Ovens use Short-Wave IR to quickly raise the surface temperature of the product to 350-400F. They are commonly found incorporated into existing Gas-Convection powder operations as Powder Booster Ovens to quickly ramp the temperature of the product up in the shortest distance before entering a Gas-Convection oven downstream.

Prime Heat also makes Powder Batch Ovens for non-continuous process applications. They are available in a range of custom sizes and can have Sliding Walls to better cure a range of product sizes.
